Beijing Deyuan Law Firm was established in January 2010 with the approval of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice. The core team is composed of legal experts and outstanding lawyers from top domestic universities such as China University of Political Science and Law, Peking University and Renmin University of China.

Most of the team members have many years of practice experience and rich and wonderful life experience. There are former trial workers; there are legal educators; there are technical people who are familiar with engineering; and there are also workers who have been in government or enterprise management positions for many years. With the lawyers' rich past work experience, Deyuan is able to adapt to the demand for complex lawyers in the legal service market.
