Successful Cases

2018-2019 involved in the FINA V. Sun Yang case doping refusal case, representing the Chinese Swimming Association and Sun Yang's side, FINA ruled that Sun Yang's refusal to take away his blood sample by the inspector without complete documents of the inspector was not a violation, and we won the case (not the stage of Zhang Qihuai lawyer's representation).

He has been the permanent legal advisor of China Film Group and many of its companies, Huarong Assets, Huarong Industry, Vantone, BOE, China Eastern Symphony Orchestra and other institutions and companies, and has reviewed and drafted various investment and film contracts including "War Wolf 2", "Emergency Rescue", "To the Front", "Guilty Without Witness 2", "Painting River Lake", "Nezha", "Rush Pioneer", "Pet Alliance", etc..

2019-2020 Participating in different types of litigation and arbitration cases such as foreign coach V. Chinese Football Association case, Spanish coach V. a club case, a Singaporean company V. a large state-owned enterprise joint venture contract dispute, 6 batch film payback disputes such as "Inhuman Race".

In 2021, participating in Times Real Estate v. Cameron Pictures USA, the defendant's side, with a subject matter of RMB 1 billion, in which the Tianjin Third Intermediate Court rejected the plaintiff's claim in its entirety in the first instance and the plaintiff did not appeal further.

2020-21 involved in Zhongxinhua (Beijing) Education Technology Co., Ltd. v. Huaxia Lily (Beijing) Culture Communication Co., Ltd. on the defendant's side in an engineering construction contract dispute, the subject matter of which was RMB 50 million, the Beijing Xicheng Court dismissed the plaintiff's claim in its entirety in the first instance, and the Beijing Second Intermediate Court upheld the verdict in the second instance.
